Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
At Dr. Sharad Gupta’s Physiotherapy Clinic, we currently do not offer any physical product deliveries. All services are provided in-person at our clinic located in Kanpur or via online consultation, where applicable.
For any digital reports or consultation summaries, patients will receive them via email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of their appointment.
Return & Refund Policy:
As this is a medical clinic offering physiotherapy services, there is no return policy applicable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges as we do not sell physical products.
In the case of advance payment for a consultation or therapy session, if a patient is unable to attend or needs to reschedule, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Refunds for cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the clinic.
